VIP Dental Care Ltd is a registered Preferred Provider for Guardian Life insurance. We fully accept the Guardian Life insurance card and digital QR code system at our San Fernando clinic. This allows for seamless, cardless processing right at our front desk.

Direct Co-Payments: Pay only your specified portion out-of-pocket at the time of your visit.
No Tedious Claim Forms: We handle the digital paperwork directly through the Guardian system, saving you the hassle of filling out and submitting manual medical claim forms later.

Alternative Insurance & Reimbursement (Sagicor, Tatil, Beacon & More)

If you carry dental coverage through Sagicor, Cardea Medaccess, The Beacon Insurance Company, Pan-American Life, Maritime Financial, TATIL, or Unimed, you can absolutely use your benefits at VIP Dental Care Ltd.

Because we are a fully registered and licensed dental practice in Trinidad, your insurance provider will reimburse you for eligible treatments received at our San Fernando clinic.

How the Reimbursement Process Works:

Bring Your Form: Simply bring a hard copy of your provider’s dental claim form to your appointment.
We Complete the Clinical Details: Our team will fill out the official dentist section, detail the procedure codes, and sign the form.
Receipt Attachment: We will issue an official, itemized receipt detailing the completed dental procedures.
Submit for Reimbursement: You take the completed form and attached receipt back to your HR department or directly to your insurance provider to receive your reimbursement check.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

To help us expedite your check-in process, please ensure you bring the following items to your visit:

A valid form of national identification (ID Card, Driver’s License, or Passport).
Your physical Guardian Life insurance card or access to your digital Guardian QR code via your smartphone.
Any recent dental records or X-rays if you are transferring from another clinic.
